Please be aware that because these agencies are mostly non-profit or government funded, receiving funds can be a lengthy process and we encourage tenants to make whatever payments they can to help stretch their funds further.

When a tenant applies for assistance it can take around 2-3 weeks for Aloe to get the information on our end. Once we approve the application on our end it can take up 3-4 weeks for Aloe to receive funds.
