Step 2: Immediately after the application is submitted, email [email protected] and provide the applicant’s name, property address, and the date they will be moving in.
Step 3: If approved, existing tenants will sign off on the addition
Step 4: The lease will be signed by the new tenant
There is no additional security deposit required. An admin fee of $150.00 will be charged for the process to add a new resident.
Residents will complete a Roommate Release Form to remove any tenant.
