Fill out your personal information for security purposes: First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number and click Next
Select Identity Verification - Add
Select Next, you will continue on cell phone if you are not on one. You will take a photo of your drivers license FRONT and BACK and then you will take a selfie with you looking at the camera, moving your head to the right and left. Video here to explain how it works. Once done, you will receive an email.
You will receive an email from [email protected] (Aloe Property Management Application Services).
This email will approve your showing time. To access the rental, click the button in the email once you are near the front door (or the lockbox). A one-time access code will be generated.
The code is valid for one use. Do not close the lockbox until you are finished. The code expires 3 minutes after it is generated. If it expires, generate a new code.
