Lease Break Policy
There are times a resident may need to terminate their lease (ie, break their lease and move out early). While we strongly discourage this, we acknowledge that it does happen.
Step 1: Complete your move out notice on your portal at aloepm.rentvine.com/portals/resident under the lease details page and select Move Out Notice. Ensure to put your reason for leaving and accurate move out date. You must give 30 days notice and must be on or before rent is due.
Step 2: Pay Lease Break Fee equal to two month’s rent plus $250.00 admin fee.
Step 3: You agree to work with Management company to show prospective residents home with times that work for you.
Step 4: Move out as agreed. We perform a walkthrough and return the security deposit as appropriate, less any damages or outstanding balances.
Utilities must remain on until the end of lease break date, whether you decide to move out earlier or not than the 30 days notice. Review your lease for more information in regards to the termination of your lease.
