A: All payments must be made through your Resident Portal. We do not accept cash. Payments can be made via ACH transfer, debit card, or credit card (processing fees may apply).

Q: Why does my lease show a $1,500 earnest deposit if I paid more?

A: Our standard earnest deposit is $1,500. If you paid more, the additional amount is applied toward your total move-in costs, but only $1,500 will appear on your lease.

Q: Is my earnest deposit refundable?

A: The $1,500 earnest deposit is non-refundable if you choose not to move forward. Any amount paid above $1,500 will be refunded.
