Does your company accept section 8?

We accept vouchers at select properties; please check the listing description of the specific property you are interested in. You can find our rental listings here: aloepm.com. All properties in Tempe and Phoenix accept Section 8.

What are the requirements?

Company Policy - Common Reasons for Denial:

• Evictions or eviction filings in the last 5 years.
• Certain criminal convictions in the last 10 years.
• Credit score below 550.
• Unable to show clean rental history (unless first time renting).
• This is not a complete list of qualifications, but a summary.

How much do I need to move in?

Security deposit, plus first full month’s rent & prorated, plus lease-signing administrative fee $250.00. A cleaning fee of $500.00 and pet fee applies $250.00 per pet.

How much is the security deposit?

An amount equal to one month's rent.

Income Portion Requirements:

If you are a housing choice voucher recipient, the amount of rental income requirement will be reduced to 2.5x NET your portion of rent, but not less than $1500 a month income.
