We are here to help you get the most out of your investment property and take the burden of managing tenants and properties themselves off your hands.
Your Client Success Manager is your main point of contact and can direct you where you need to go, if need be, but a general directory for a new client is below. This will be gone over on your onboarding call as well depending on the status of your property:
- If your property is vacant, your next communications will likely be with your Project Manager. He will walk your property within a few days of receiving keys, email you a turn scope estimate for approval (this is a comprehensive list of everything needed to get your property to rent ready status). Review this in detail and let Ian know if you have any questions. Once funds are sent, you will be updated with a start date and projected completion date, as well as updates should anything change.
- The next step after a turn is completed is leasing. Your unit will be professionally cleaned, photographed, then listed! Please let us know if you have anything specific you have questions on here. Tiffany will be your point of contact throughout this process.
- If your property is occupied, sit back and collect your passive income! Onboarding here takes less than a week if all requested documents are received in a timely manner. Generally, leases/ledgers/deposits/tenant contact information are needed to complete the tenant onboarding process, Aloe can get them set up from there and will make contact within a few days. You will have access to view all leases and tenant ledgers 24/7 in real time, along with other features.
- You will receive periodic emails from your Client Success Manager on tutorials and navigation videos for owner portals. There is a lot here in your owner FAQ, but after your first occupied unit disbursement, it is always good to review that rental owner statement in detail and hash out any questions early on! A Zoom call is great for screen sharing and sharing any questions you may have about your statement or anything regarding the portal.
